Privacy policy

The short version: we store your email only if you give it to us, analytics is off unless you opt in, and your matching profile never leaves your browser.

Last updated: 25 July 2026. Artificial Intelligence Jobs (artificialintelligencejobs.co) is operated by Amy Wilkinson, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), Netherlands. Questions or requests: hello@artificialintelligencejobs.co.

What we collect, and why

Email address (the weekly drop). If you join the mailing list we store your email address for one purpose: sending you a weekly email of new AI roles. Legal basis: your consent. We never sell or share the list. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email, by this page, or by emailing us; your address is then deleted from the list.

Analytics (optional cookie). We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are OFF by default and only set if you press OK on the cookie notice. If you decline, browsing works identically. Analytics data is aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region); we do not use it to identify you.

Anonymous page counters. Job pages count views, clicks and saves as plain per-job totals. These counters contain no user identifiers at all.

Your matching preferences. The "Get matched" / "For you" feature stores your preferences in your own browser (localStorage) only. They are never sent to our servers.

Telegram and X. If you use our Telegram channel, group or bot (@aijobsco, @aijobsco_bot) or follow @aijobsco on X, those platforms process your data under their own policies. Our bot processes your messages only to answer them and does not keep a message history.

Where data lives

The site and mailing list run on infrastructure from Vercel and Upstash, which may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses. Analytics is processed by Google.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export any personal data we hold about you (in practice: your email address). Email us and we will action it promptly. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new date.
