How AI Jobs processes account, matching, CV, analytics and recruiter-discovery data.
Last updated: 25 July 2026. Artificial Intelligence Jobs (artificialintelligencejobs.co) is operated by Amy Wilkinson, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK), Netherlands. Questions or requests: hello@artificialintelligencejobs.co.
What we collect, and why
Email address (the weekly drop). If you join the mailing list we store your email address for one purpose: sending you a weekly email of new AI roles. Legal basis: your consent. We never sell or share the list. Unsubscribe any time via the link in any email, by this page, or by emailing us; your address is then deleted from the list.
Analytics (optional cookie). We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Analytics cookies are OFF by default and only set if you press OK on the cookie notice. If you decline, browsing works identically. Analytics data is aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region); we do not use it to identify you.
Anonymous page and acquisition counters. Pages count aggregate visits and job pages count views, clicks and saves. We also total the landing path, campaign labels and referring domain so traffic is measurable when optional Google Analytics is unavailable. These counters use no cookie or user identifier and do not store a full referrer URL, IP address, account, profile or resume data.
Your matching preferences and resume matching. The "Get matched" / "For you" feature stores preferences in your browser. Resume files are initially parsed in your browser. A Resume Match account stores the structured skills, title, seniority and preference profile necessary to save and provide your ranking. Legal basis: performance of the matching service you request. Raw resume text is stored only if you separately opt in. Recruiter discovery is another separate opt-in and is off by default.
Candidate profiles. Saved profiles provide matching and alerts. Only profiles with recruiter discovery enabled may be searched for potential matches by vetted employers or recruiting partners. We do not expose email addresses directly or sell contact lists. You can withdraw recruiter visibility or delete the profile from Resume Match. Optional raw-CV and recruiter-discovery choices are recorded with a timestamp. Profile records expire after 24 months unless updated sooner. Legal basis: performance of the requested service for the account and structured profile; consent for optional raw-CV retention and recruiter discovery.
Deep semantic matching. When you actively request a deep match, the resume text and a limited set of candidate jobs are sent to Anthropic's commercial API to produce the ranking. Anthropic acts as a processor. Under its standard API terms, inputs and outputs are deleted from its backend within 30 days, subject to stated safety and legal exceptions, and are not used for model training by default. We do not send the CV to Anthropic until you request this feature.
Telegram and X. If you use our Telegram channel, group or bot (@aijobsco, @aijobsco_bot) or follow @aijobsco on X, those platforms process your data under their own policies. Our bot processes your messages only to answer them and does not keep a message history.
Where data lives
The site and mailing list run on Vercel and Upstash. Deep matching uses Anthropic. Analytics is processed by Google only after analytics consent. These providers may process or store data outside the EEA using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us and we will action the request promptly. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
