About the role
About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

The Role

Mistral succeeds when partners can confidently position, implement, support, and continuously improve Mistral AI solutions for their customers. As a member of Partner Technical Enablement, you’ll make that repeatable at scale by building reusable enablement assets, delivering training and workshops, and maintaining a tight feedback loop with Product and Engineering

What You Will Do

  • Produce and maintain high-quality, reusable technical assets: technical demos, reference architectures, and partner-adaptable pilots

  • Develop and deliver training materials and courses for our Partner training platform

  • Drive enablement at scale across all partner channels via training, conference sessions, and certification programs

  • Represent Mistral AI at partner, customer, and industry events, including executive briefings, conferences, and developer gatherings

  • Lead or support partner focused technical workshops, hackathons, and community events that drive adoption of Mistral AI solutions

  • Provide feedback and signals to GTM, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working extensively with systems integrators or technology company ecosystems, including at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)

  • Experience building, launching, and expanding scalable partner enablement programs

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations

  • Skilled at leading hands-on technical sessions and workshops, including successful hackathons

  • Ability to create compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations partners can adapt

  • Experience creating high-quality technical content across multiple formats (written, video, and audio/podcasts)

  • Proven success driving partner technical engagement and technical adoption

  • Strong Python or TypeScript skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with learning platforms (SCORM/LMS) and content ops: versioning, QA, release notes, analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise deployments (security, IAM, networking, observability), plus the ability to build and maintain reference code (SDKs, templates, CI/CD).

  • Use of AI tools to draft, test, and document faster without cutting corners on quality
