Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

Reports to the Workplace Technology Lead
THE ROLEThe IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and improving over time.
As our Workplace Technology Specialist in Stockholm, you'll help keep the technology our employees use every day working smoothly, from laptops, accounts and onboarding to meeting rooms and office connectivity. You'll report to our Workplace Technology Lead and join a small, close-knit team that works closely with Workplace, Office Managers, EAs, IT Engineering, and the wider IT team.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. Day to day, you'll be the first point of contact for employees, taking support requests such as Okta-related issues through to resolution. As you grow into the role, you'll take on second and third line sysadmin work, including integrations, and act as the bridge between IT Engineering and the specialist team. You'll also have the mandate to change things and to build, for example in our device and access lifecycle management, rather than being locked into a fixed scope.
Our team is moving increasingly toward Git-based workflows, and we want you to help bring scripting and automation skills to the whole team and raise the technical level across it. It's an opportunity to make a visible difference to how our Stockholm office runs, with freedom, trust and room to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGBe a helpful, responsive first point of contact for employees. Troubleshoot Okta, laptop, application, account, peripheral, and connectivity issues through our shared service desk and in person. Keep people informed and escalate complex issues with clear diagnostics.
Help new hires get productive from day one: stage devices, complete approved account and access setup, check equipment, and introduce colleagues to Legora's tools. Support offboarding and equipment returns, and help us design and build a better device and access lifecycle process.
Keep meeting rooms ready to use. Run regular AV checks, troubleshoot conferencing equipment, and support all-hands, events, and important meetings alongside the Workplace Technology Lead and the relevant teams.
Support the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, inventory, loaners, repairs, replacements, and returns. Keep asset records accurate and flag stock needs early.
Troubleshoot basic office Wi-Fi and wired connectivity problems. Gather useful information and work with the Workplace Technology Lead and the IT Systems team on issues that need deeper investigation.
Assist with office moves, desk setups, equipment installations, and vendor visits. Follow agreed checklists, test the work, and raise issues for the Workplace Technology Lead to resolve.
Help maintain badge readers, cameras, and other office technology by identifying faults and coordinating fixes under established processes. Security owns access policy and monitoring.
Write scripts and automations, and work in Git/GitHub, so repeatable tasks become easier to prevent and resolve. Help test practical automation and AI-assisted support workflows with the team.
Share what you know. Write clear support guides, and help upskill the wider team in scripting, Git-based workflows and automation.
You have 3+ years of hands-on IT support, workplace technology, desktop support, or similar experience in a tech company (of any size), or equivalent practical experience.
You have hands-on experience with Okta, ideally including administration such as users, groups, app assignments and SSO. You can troubleshoot macOS devices, common business applications, peripherals, and basic network issues. You work through problems methodically.
You can script (for example in Bash) and are comfortable working with Git/GitHub. You enjoy coding and automating things, and you're keen to keep developing those skills.
You are honest about what you know and what you don't. If you don't know something, you say so and look it up. We value that far more than a confident guess.
You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues. You're patient, approachable, and calm when someone needs help quickly. You enjoy explaining things and helping others learn.
You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. You assess what's urgent, shift focus as priorities change, and follow through on the work that matters most. You work well as part of a team, and you pitch in together when things get busy.
You're comfortable following security and access procedures, handling employee information carefully, and escalating requests that need approval.
You're curious, take ownership, and are quick to act. You notice recurring problems and build practical improvements.
You enjoy being present in the office. This role is onsite in Stockholm five days a week, helping colleagues and keeping the space working.
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Jamf (or another endpoint management platform), and identity, access, and collaboration tools such as OneLogin, JumpCloud, 1Password, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira and Confluence.
Some knowledge of AI tools and how they can improve support and automation workflows.
Experience with meeting-room AV and conferencing tools such as Zoom Rooms or Neat.
Exposure to office networking or physical-security hardware, such as Meraki, badge readers, or Verkada.
Experience with an ITSM platform such as Serval, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Freshservice, and experience building integrations or workflow automation.
You don't need experience with every tool listed. Strong troubleshooting, honesty about your skills, dependable follow-through, and a willingness to learn matter most.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUOwnership and freedom: A real mandate to change things and build projects yourself. Your manager is hands-on and hard-working, doesn't micromanage, and trusts you to do your job.
A close team: A small, friendly team that gets along well, also outside of work.
Room to grow: Openness to joining other teams and growing within the company, and the chance to become the go-to person for scripting, Git-based workflows and automation.
Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.
In-person environment: Office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
