This role deploys and builds. You put Lance into live hotels, make it work on their actual software, and ship the fix yourself when it breaks. SWE titles are good. Operators who can build are better. Not a support job. Not Member of Technical Staff.

1+ years shipping software or deploying it for real customers

Can write code and talk to a GM without a translator

T30 school, or the equivalent in what you have actually done
