About the role

We're hiring an Event Coordinator to own end-to-end event organization for Higgsfield, from first concept to last confetti. You'll be the person who turns an idea into a fully executed, on-brand experience that people remember.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle event planning: concept, budgeting, vendor sourcing, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up

  • Manage vendors, venues, contractors, and timelines simultaneously without dropping balls

  • Bring creative ideas to the table — Higgsfield events shouldn't feel like generic corporate events

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to align on goals, messaging, and guest experience

  • Build repeatable processes so events get smoother (not more chaotic) as we scale

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination/production, ideally including marketing or brand events

  • Proven track record owning events end-to-end — not just executing someone else's plan

  • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built

  • Excellent organizational skills and calm under pressure when three things go wrong at once

  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience organizing events in the US or with international vendors/logistics

  • Background in tech, startup, or creative industries

  • Marketing sensibility — you instinctively know what makes an event "on brand"
