A Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
• finds viral angles and narratives, tests them publicly, reads organic signals and decides what to scale;
• builds and manages relationships with creators, influencers and agencies end-to-end;
• opens new distribution channels and turns them into repeatable systems;
• creates PR moments that drive product awareness;
• executes everything hands-on: research, vibe coding, outreach, cross-functional ops.
What You Will DoViral & Organic Growth
• Find content angles and narratives for product features across Twitter/X, Instagram and YouTube;
• Test growth hypotheses publicly, read organic response (views, usage growth), and scale what works;
• Create newsworthy moments and PR waves that boost product visibility.
Creator & Partner Growth
• Identify and recruit creators, influencers and agencies aligned to the product;
• Brief, onboard and manage creator partnerships, prepare hooks and content examples;
• Run and optimize campaigns end-to-end, manage budgets and payments;
• Track performance and double down on what works;
New Channels & Distribution
• Identify and launch new distribution channels and practices;
• Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to reduce manual work and increase throughput;
• Adapt product and marketing strategy to market shifts.

Must-have/Mandatory Candidate Requirements
• Fluent English;
• Tech-savvy and AI-native: uses LLM tools daily, can vibe-code;
• Proven track record of excellence: drove a project to a measurable result;
• Data-driven with structured and critical thinking;
• Creative: can generate viral angles and PR hooks from scratch;
• Socially and culturally fluent: understands what content will land on each platform;
• End-to-end ownership without micromanagement, and comfortable doing the “dirty” ops work;
• Ambitious, action-biased, resilient, high-energy; handles direct and sometimes harsh feedback; ready for an intense schedule.
Good to have
• Own product or business launched, with a measurable result;
• Twitter-native with VC ecosystem awareness.
