Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.
At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.
We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.
The Role:Eudia is hiring its first Head of Marketing. You'll be scaling the marketing function and creating one coherent message for Eudia's business, defining how we tell our story as the System of Intelligence for legal and turning that story into pipeline.
The ideal candidate is both a builder and an operator: someone who can develop a marketing strategy for a highly technical, skeptical buyer while also establishing the infrastructure and executional rigor needed to bring it to life.
You will work in close partnership with sales, product, and engineering, translating how the Enterprise Brain turns institutional knowledge into governed, expert-grade decisions into language legal, compliance, procurement, and government buyers will trust enough to act on.
What You'll Do:- Define and own Eudia's brand, positioning, and narrative for a technical, skeptical enterprise and government legal buyer
- Translate technical capability into language buyers trust, without overclaiming or losing credibility with technical stakeholders
- Build demand generation and pipeline programs in partnership with sales, and own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Own go-to-market for major product launches and partnership announcements: positioning, competitive framing, launch sequencing, and sales enablement
- Partner with engineering and product to build benchmarks, proof points, and data-driven messaging that hold up under scrutiny from technical buyers
- Lead content and thought leadership strategy that establishes Eudia's credibility in legal AI, blog, analyst engagement, press, and technical marketing assets
- Represent Eudia externally at events, in press, and in analyst conversations as a spokesperson for the company
- Stand up the foundational marketing infrastructure, website, campaign systems, reporting, analyst relations, PR, as a solo operator first
- Establish the planning cadence and operating rhythm (priorities, measurement, reporting) that a marketing function will run on as it grows
- Make the case for and hire the first members of the marketing team once the strategy and early execution justify it
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful experience in a marketing leadership role
- Experience building or scaling marketing at an enterprise B2B SaaS company, ideally selling into legal, compliance, risk, or procurement, or another complex/regulated enterprise buyer
- A genuine track record of hands-on execution, not just people management, you should be comfortable being the only marketer at the company on day one
- Strong narrative and positioning instincts for technical products sold to non-technical, risk-averse buyers
- Comfort operating with real ambiguity and limited infrastructure, you'll be building the playbook as you go
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to partner closely with a CTO and technical leadership
- Experience marketing AI/ML-powered products, particularly where "trust" and "accuracy" are core to the buying decision
- Familiarity with legal tech, GRC, or procurement software categories
- Experience marketing through a strategic partnership or co-branded launch
- Experience with AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools to get more done as a team of one
Comp: $265K - $285K
