ABOUT THE TEAM
The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (ARMS) team is on a mission to build next generation solid rocket motors for a safer, more connected world. To achieve our vision of becoming a large-volume provider of tactical rocket motors, we will develop differentiated products and services that maximize our customers’ capabilities, and we will establish and maintain a reputation of Quality and Reliability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain the daily , weekly and monthly production schedule s based on requirements from JSOP. Also balancing priority, deconflicting capacity overages , accounting for changeover sequence, and material availability while creating production schedules.
- Convert the JSOP schedule into executable line-level schedules and release work orders to the floor.
- Coordinate daily with Schedulers, the Production Coordinator, and Purchasing on component shortages, Production S tatus, Slow Moving WIP, Direct Run Rate, and schedule attainment.
- Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP — lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock — so that system-generated plans remain reliable.
- Track and report work order progress and completion, raw material inventory, open purchase orders, and lead-time changes that affect the schedule.
- Escalate capacity constraints and material risks early to allow recovery plans that protect committed delivery dates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or work order management, preferably in a defense or aerospace production environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, with an emphasis on work order management, planning parameters, and material requirements planning.
- Demonstrated ability to build and hold a production schedule s in a capacity constrained environment, and to recover the schedule when priorities or material availability change.
- Strong coordination and communication skills .
- Self-directed and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience scheduling in a low-volume / hig h-volume mix operation and supporting a development-to-production transition.
- Familiarity with JSOP or an equivalent sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.
- An autonomous initiator, displaying a vigorous capacity for learning, a results-driven ethos, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.

US Salary Range
$77,000 — $100,000 USD
