About the role
Want to turn cutting-edge generative AI into experiences that reach customers at massive scale — and see your work ship, not sit in a research paper? Our team builds and operates the production platform that takes state-of-the-art generative models all the way to real, customer-facing products, and we're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to help push the state of the art.

We own the systems that turn advanced models into high-quality, delightful output for customers. Our platform spans both real-time, low-latency generation — results in a customer's hands within seconds — and large-scale offline pipelines that produce content at massive volume.

Real customer impact — what we build ships directly to customers today.
Cutting-edge AI — large generative models served on GPU fleets, plus large language models that analyze and enrich content before it's generated.
Serious engineering breadth — low-latency streaming services, GPU model inference, and large-scale distributed batch processing, all on AWS (ECS, Step Functions, Lambda, S3).
A roadmap you'll help shape — expanding into new capabilities, new languages, and richer, more controllable generation.
