Sr Prg Mgr, Seller Mentorship , Selling Partner Communities

We're seeking a Sr Program Manager to build and scale a seller-to-seller mentorship program that creates authentic peer connections and drives meaningful engagement across our selling partner community. This role is central to our vision of fostering a thriving community where experienced sellers help emerging partners succeed on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, launch, and scale a structured mentorship program with clear goals, success metrics, and continuous feedback loops
• Build authentic peer-to-peer connections and create safe spaces where sellers share experiences and learn from each other
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and communications teams to integrate mentorship into our broader seller community strategy
• Measure program impact through data-driven insights, iterate based on learnings, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
• Develop program frameworks that align with seller needs throughout their journey, from onboarding through growth phases

We help drive their success, working together to ensure that Amazon’s stores are a great place for our selling partners to build and maintain thriving businesses. Our vision is to be the most Seller-centric online global community, creating destinations for knowledge, news, inspiration, and celebration. We are dedicated to helping selling partners develop their full potential and achieve success in our Amazon store. - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
