Selection Intelligence & Growth helps Amazon Sellers worldwide reach their full potential. Leveraging science and data across Amazon, we catalyze seller growth with comprehensive data, insights, actionable recommendations and growth plans. We strongly believe that any Amazon seller should be able to grow their businesses and reach their full potential by using our Ml powered, agentic and scaled self-service tools.
We're building something transformational - a centralized intelligence layer that will fundamentally change how millions of sellers worldwide grow their businesses on Amazon. Rather than requiring sellers to seek out opportunities across disconnected tools, relevant insights and actions are brought front-and-center to their attention wherever they are working — contextually, proactively, and across domain boundaries. This new experience answers the questions every seller carries with them: "What matters to my business right now? Where should I invest my time and energy, and why?"
As the Software Development Manager, you'll build Growth Advisors — our agentic AI offering that autonomously executes growth strategies on behalf of sellers.
You'll lead the team that will design and develop GA, which:
- Produces coherent, sequenced growth plans by optimizing cross domain
- Generates transparent reasoning that explains why actions are recommended and what outcome the seller can expect
- Delivers hyper-personalized guidance by integrating seller goals, constraints, behavioral signals, and business characteristics
- Ensures consistency across all seller-facing surfaces (Next Gen Selling, Seller Assistant, SP-API)
- Tracks outcomes to create continuous feedback loops that improve recommendation quality over time
