etcd is a world-famous, open-sourced, distributed key-value store. It is the backend data store for Kubernetes. EKS etcd team is part of EKS, a managed service for running Kubernetes in AWS, which is now the de facto platform for hosting state-of-the-art LLM models in AWS and our customers include top GenAI model providers, i.e. Anthropic and Amazon Bedrock.
We will RELY ON YOU to help define our strategy and lay the foundations for all of our future roadmap. We value technically strong engineers who take initiative to learn and demonstrate ownership over the systems they work on. - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
