Senior Product Manager, Cross Border Science and Analytics

Cross Border science is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the AI/ML product charter for our businesses. In this role, you will define and drive the product strategy for machine learning-powered solutions that enable selection growth, demand forecasting, product discovery, and relevance across global marketplaces. You will work closely with applied scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex ML capabilities into scalable, customer-centric products. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from identifying high-impact opportunities and defining requirements to driving execution and measuring business outcomes. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, synthesizing technical and business inputs, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. A strong track record of delivering 0-to-1 ML/AI products at scale, combined with excellent judgment and clear communication, is essential for success in this role. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
