The Premium Shopping Experience team is on a mission to firmly establish Amazon as the premier destination for shopping high-quality premium products. We do this by intentionally surfacing contextually relevant premium selection to customers and elevating our shopping experiences and merchandising across the entire Store.
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the Traffic Drivers workstream — responsible for driving awareness, discovery, and engagement with premium selection through onsite and offsite marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, personalization, and customer experience, and is critical to converting existing customers into premium shoppers and increasing spend from existing premium customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own the traffic strategy for premium selection across onsite channels (Homepage, Browse Pages, Push Notifications, Email) and offsite channels (Paid Social, Display Ads, Creator Partnerships, Outbound Marketing), defining a steady drumbeat of campaigns that drive customer visits, product page views, and new-to-program acquisition.
Develop and execute the Homepage merchandising roadmap, including premium-focused campaigns, propensity-enabled widgets, and personalized collections that surface premium selection during evergreen periods and seasonal events.
Formalize the brand launch playbook for major premium brand launches, leveraging high-visibility channels and placements to maximize awareness and conversion.
Partner with the science team to leverage propensity models and brand classification signals to personalize traffic channel activities and curate cross-category premium collections.
Define and own traffic KPIs including customer visits, page views, new-to-program acquisition, and incremental revenue across all marketing and brand launch campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Homepage, Search, Ads, and Category Marketing teams to secure placements, align on experimentation roadmaps, and maximize premium visibility during high-traffic events.
Implement the social marketing strategy, expanding offsite reach through paid social, creator partnerships, and display advertising to drive premium awareness among high-propensity customers.
Experiment and iterate — design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of traffic initiatives on revenue, conversion, and premium penetration. - Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision making.
