Key job responsibilities
Join the team shaping the future of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands for creators. As the Principal PMT, you will lead the development and launch of a new Sponsored Brands product designed specifically for creators, taking it from initial concept through market launch and growth. You will be a strong advocate for both creators and advertisers—continually improving outcomes and making it easier for them to collaborate, launch campaigns, understand performance, and make informed investment decisions. Partnering with Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Science leaders, you will develop a deep understanding of creator, advertiser, and shopper needs through research, interviews, and data analysis, then translate those insights into scalable solutions and clear requirements that drive product-led growth. You will collaborate with Science and Engineering to navigate tradeoffs, shape a prioritized roadmap, and move with urgency to deliver valuable capabilities. The ideal candidate has a strong AdTech background and experience building creator- or advertiser-facing products. You are comfortable engaging directly with creators and advertisers, quickly validating assumptions, developing hypotheses, and critically evaluating experimental designs and outcomes. You dive deep into the details, develop data-driven recommendations, communicate them with conviction to stakeholders and leadership, and operate with a bias for action.
