About the role
Elevated Shopping enhances the shopping experience through video, virtual production, photography, graphic design, and usability design. With a global network of Creative Hubs in North America, Europe, and Asia, Elevated Shopping focuses on video and CGI production, virtual production, fashion and product photography, photo retouching, graphic design, automated image acquisition, and image support services. We continuously innovate and set new industry standards for showcasing millions of products across multiple global marketplaces.

We are searching for a Creative Manager who will report to the Creative Hub Manager and lead end-to-end creative production for Amazon's London Creative Hub. This is a people manager role: the successful candidate will directly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creative professionals, owning their development, performance, and day-to-day direction. The Creative Manager will influence project management, coordinate with Producers on production schedules and budgets, and other stakeholders (who are cross-functional partners, not direct reports), and drive creative excellence across video, virtual production, photography, and motion content. This person must also have a strong understanding of generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows, as well as virtual production technologies.


Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end creative production across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously from concept through to final delivery across stills, motion, and digital formats
• Define creative briefs and provide art direction to internal stakeholders and external brand partners, translating business objectives into compelling visual content
• Recommend production approaches and launch strategies based on performance data, client goals, and studio capabilities
• Directly manage Art Directors, Videographers, and creative professionals; partner with Producers, Digitechs, Stylists, Editors, and 3D Artists to ensure seamless cross-functional execution
• Drive timely decisions, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately to maintain momentum across concurrent productions
• Own resource allocation with Producers; balance creative ambition against operational constraints
• Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines, platform specifications, and the studio's quality bar
• Optimise campaign workflows and team processes; recommend improvements to cross-team and partner processes
• Identify opportunities to improve production workflows including emerging tools (AI, virtual production) and pilot improvements within the team
• Own people management for direct reports including performance reviews, career development, coaching, and hiring; build a high-performing, creatively ambitious team culture



A day in the life
Your day begins with a scan of live production schedules and a quick check-in with your direct reports Art Directors, Stylists, Videographers to align on the day's priorities and clear any blockers before the studio floor gets busy. Mid-morning might see you leading a creative kick-off for a new video campaign, working through references and art direction with the team, before shifting into a storyboard or shot list review for a shoot already in motion. You'll stay closely connected with Producers throughout the day as a key stakeholder on timelines, resource allocation, and budget ensuring nothing slips between creative ambition and operational reality. By the afternoon, you're likely on set: overseeing a live video production, making real-time creative calls, and ensuring everything is captured to brief and to schedule. Alternatively, you might be in a post-production review session giving feedback on edits, grading, and pacing to bring a project over the line. The day closes with stakeholder updates, a 1:1 with a team member focused on development or creative growth, and forward-planning against the next production milestone.

We produce high-volume, high-quality visual content for global brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer electronics. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, creative innovation, and a collaborative culture that empowers every team member to deliver their best work. - • 5+ years of professional experience in creative production, digital media, or marketing
- • Experience managing multi-brand creative campaigns from pre-production through delivery
- • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional creative teams (photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, 3D artists)
- • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent productions
- • Experience with production budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership
- • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative production management experience
- • Experience with Virtual Production technologies including LED volume stages, real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity), and cloud-based rendering pipelines
- • AI & Virtual Production experience — including familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (generative AI for content creation, AI-assisted editing, automated workflows), real-time rendering engines (Unreal Engine, Unity), LED volume/virtual production stages, and cloud-based rendering pipelines
- • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in creative production workflows (AI-powered content creation, AI-assisted editing, automated workflows)
- • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Art Directors, providing creative direction and performance feedback
- • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to align cross-functional partners, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus across creative, business, and technical teams
